Didn't watch the vid cause I'm at work but I went through an existential crisis a couple years back and I can yes I'm living my life and I'm trying to do the things I want to do...the right way. Self Actualization is key. I try to live my life in a way that when its all said and done I wont have any regrets.
This means I've taken risks and left myself vulnerable at certain times, but the rewards have been worth it. I've got to experience things most people would never dream. This makes me look at the world a bit differently the average person. I'm happier then ive ever been and life is only getting better.
