I do my large share of gaming on Xbox and I'm heavily invested in the ecosystem with hundreds of games that I still need to play and finish. Now while the lure of a new system with new games doesn't exactly compel me to run out and cop one first day, I'd honestly do it if I could enjoy the new while still playing the old atleast one console generation down.
I'd cop the new Ps whatever a year or two down the line since I'd only get it for exclusives which I'd more than likely play even later down the line like I did with Ps3/4 games. Plus the way these guys are looking to make revisions to these consoles, I might even wait a full 2,3 years down the line for THAT as opposed to buying the launch model.
