I went to the dentist the other week, and both the assistant and the doc gave me the face when I said I hadn't been to a doctor in like 3 years, and that I didn't have a 'family' doctor.

Idk, I'm early 30s and healthy, I don't see the point of getting a checkup for no reason.

In your 30s you should start getting blood work done during an annual physical

Just cause you feel good doesn't always mean everything is good inside

Brother with all due respect that's nonsense. You can appear physically fit and healthy and still have heart issues ,high blood pressure etc we have seen athletes at the top of their physical peak collapse on the floor. It's always best to get an annual checkup.

Why are you seeing an endocrinologist do frequently? Not trying to be nosy. This is the first I’ve ever heard of someone ever seeing that specialist without an underlying health concern.

Schedule ya blood work for January and once you do that they gone automatically set a FOLLOW-UP in 6 months

Go to the dentist as well and they gone do the same
