For example, usually not knowing how to show 'appropriate attraction levels' to someone when they are attracted to people. In my area of study (I am a undergrad) I encounter many extremely nerdy people of the math and computer science variety. I notice a lot of guys don't know where to keep their eyes in a conversation (not just 'checking out boobs' but also 'not keeping appropriate eye contact') and a lot of visible signs of social anxiety like unwillingness to communicate with women that are their peers unless they HAVE to.

I get what you're saying but not everyone wants STIs. The average lady (aka the nerdy ass ones you are not looking at, not that it is a bad thing) is not attracted to a man that has little sexual self-control. They might hit once because of being attracted to a man that is attractive, but being a hoe is not seen as good.

A lack of social skills can lead to a person not having sex.
However, I don’t believe a person never experiencing sex makes them somehow socially akward.
There are many people who get sex on the regular and are socially akward.
