My family owns 2 business...that hires black people, we all attended HBCU's & promote them. I support other black businesses with my money by hiring them to work for me. I've spoken at colleges to help at risk students. Me & my wife right now are trying to conduct research about higher education regarding young black men.

Honestly the more you keep white people and whatever concern them out ya life, the better off you'll be.

And to answer your question yes they do it on purpose. They don't even question the system because it was created to benefit them, but they also don't wanna acknowledge it because that would mean that would have to actually admit to their wrong doings.

Look at how much they hold other races back (ESPECIALLY Blacks) so subtle yet we still set the trends and rise to the stop. That's power. Playing fair for them would be like being in the ocean and taking the floatation device from under a person that has forgotten how to swim. I'm not promoting racism. I'm promoting self healing, self awareness and taking care of one's self.
Racism to me is harming other people so you can benefit. Destroying folks minds and communities so you can benefit. I'm not promoting that. That's hatred. That's ill will. I don't have any of that for white people.
Being pro black is not racism....we don't even possess the power to harm others like that. Being pro black is helping us out of our current condition. Helping and speaking about black problems truthfully and giving honest solutions to the problems. Educating lil ones about this game of monopoly in America. I'm just done with this mentality that we have, expecting others to do well by us. Its not going to happen. History tells us this, if you know it. No one else is going to do it but us black folks. That's just the truth.

um setting trends isn't power, money is. ask the jews. we have no money collectively, and thus no power. If you revert to darwinism and survival of the fittest, one group of people would be quite hurt by the removal of welfare more than the other.......

In essence, whites in the United States are basically thieves. There is no better term for them. They are living in a land that is not their own and they invaded this land to even be here in the first place. They treated the natives as if they were savages and put them in line with their superior weaponery. Then it got wilder and crazier with Blacks being brought here to be used as subhuman dispensers to make their lives easier. The United States is geared to make sure they are successful in every aspect. I mean..how the fukk does a white girl fail in 2013? It doesn't even make sense. She has to give NO REAL fukkS about her reputation and just not wanna try. It is what it is though. Too many inventions, too many wars have been fought, and too many bonds have been made to ever retract.

As for Asians? Smart kids. Always were. Are they in a position to have an Asian President? I don't see it. So they're in a lower rung too.

That's the thing, black people don't understand that whites are racist and "don't give a shyt". This is why there's so much self hate in the community. This is why you have polls where a large percentage of blacks think that they're more racist than whites. As a whole, black people don't even understand the institution of white supremacy, let alone know what to do about overcoming it. That's why it's necessary to constantly call white people an their system of supremacy/oppression out. Telling the truth about race in this society is not whining and it's not making excuses. Any solution for black people overcoming the systematic racism that we face starts with awareness and unity. We have to make all blacks aware of what we're up against and unite with each other to come up with solutions to overcome. We as black people can't make a move until we get on the same page. We are perpetuating the system of oppression that is st against us because we're ignorant to what's actually going on.
