Wait,hold up............... This chick knows how he is, yet she still wants to be with him, so why is his ways an issue now? He very clearly stated to her a million times no I dont want to get married or have kids and she is like ok, but every few shows she is like trying to change his mind, if there is any emotional abuse going on, its her doing it to her self.. And yes she over reacted to the sex scene due to her insecurities and tried to use that to call him out on stuff that she already knows aint gonna change... How is John the bad guy here?
I disagree. While John has stated earlier in their relationship that he doesn't want to be married or have children, he has more recently given Nikki false hope with mentioning the possibility of them being married- to placate her. The mere fact that he decides to string her along, as oppose to letting her be and finding someone who can give her all that she wants is emotional abuse. He's selfish and manipulative.
Did Nikki overreact to the sex scene? Yes and No. John obviously felt that she wouldn't be all for it, otherwise he would have informed her as soon as he found out. If anything, her reaction shows that her care for him goes beyond the monetary.

I can't agree with the why don't he stop stinging her along part.. If she ain't happy with the current situation then leave, don't expect him to change his mind.. Cuz if he doesn't it shouldn't be a surprise, he is trying to give her everything else other than kids and marriage she has to go in expecting to never have that while with him...

Unfortunately, it's not that simple for many to just leave a situation that they have invested so much time and energy in. Nikki has issues that she has admitted to- from her father leaving to dealing with an ex who cheated on her. She is in a position where she feels that she can't get any better, so she has settled for John and his sterile personality.
He plays upon her emotions and its wrong. Yet as I said, he's selfish and manipulative so... *shrugs*

But nobody is holding a gun to Nikki to stay with John. The moment that John stated that he did not want another wife or children, Nikki should have been formulating an exit plan. But she decided to stay for the monetary benefits and limited bragging rights. John maybe selfish and manipulative, but Nikki is dumb one for allowing this to happen to her.
Or Nikki knows John has the potential to stray and the relationship is hanging on by a reality string...... Or John really don't give two craps about her.

Sorry, but Nikki played herself by dating a guy who was fresh of a divorce. Plus, Nikki worked with John for YEARS, so she knew what she was getting herself into when she hooked up with the Top guy in the company. There is nothing worst that "emotionally broken" gold digger.
John may be selfish and manipulative, but Nikki is one dumb ass bird. John is only doing what Nikki is allowing him to do.

While money may have been the initial reason why Nikki was interested in John, its clear that she has feelings for him and may even be in love with him.
Nobody is forcing John to not end a relationship that may be based mainly on him providing a certain lifestyle.

Why does John get any blame ?? He was upfront with her it's not his job to fix Nikki's issues she's a grown woman and he was honest with her about his intentions with Her . She should either move on or suck it up

He was VERY upfront about what he wanted out of the relationship and she agreed. She proves the "goodies" and John proves the luxury goods in return.

John has not stood firm in his words and is playing games, that is why he is getting "blame." It's not Nikki's job to fix John, who is a grown man with his own set of issues. Just because at one point he claimed one thing, doesn't mean that he gets immunity forever.
He should let her move on, but that would be too much like right, especially for someone with his characteristics.
