And if your a gym rat, you can actually look back to DB for potential sources and methods of training(im seriously thinking about following exact Master Roshi's teaching methods with Gohan and Krillin in the beginning of the series) to get stronger and not packing yourself look dumb in the gym trying to be like this guy
