Are we living in a beautiful car design age?

I dont know too much about cars but to me it seems like the average everyday car is becoming more beautiful.

Like before, it seemed like the most beautiful cars where made only by the top brands like Lexus, Mercedes, BMW etc

but nowadays it seems like the lesser tier of car brands like Kia, Nissan, Hyundai etc

are making cars that are just as beautiful (or almost as) as the top tier brands...

these are some of my favorite cars right now....

Yes , it's also dope to see economical brands put a stronger focus on design. Some of these Rice jawns look like they could have been designed by Chris Bangle .... Dolphin fins and all that

Yo the 2017 Civics and Accords look so raw on the road

I watched too many mid/late 90s hip-hop & R&B videos so I have a soft spot in my heart for the luxury coupes, SUVs and sedans of that era

I feel like the luxury brands are stagnating or in some cases even regressing in design but the economy brands (Kia, Honda, Toyota, Nissan, Ford etc) are stepping their game up BIG TIME

I think this era is great(2014-present) because cars are being pushed to relatively radical designs because of surging SUV sales. Lots of car models bout to get the axe in the next design cycle, so everyone is going for it.

Nah. 50s-70s. Cars had distinctive designs and personalities. Because of modern safety regulations coupled with manufacturers trying to cost save, cars look pretty homogeneous. Rarely do I see a car from post 2010 that gets me excited and I love cars.
