Black coaches due be getting fired unnecessarily in general, and I tend to protect them, but this is just a case of him doing a bad job of managing that team, Kobe didn't like him, Bynum never respected him when he was there and he was a laughing stock

I agree I'm that way too with black coaches but NBA coaches overall have trouble managing a team. That's what made PJ so successful and Larry Brown a NBA nomad.
