you cannot force attraction op. Black women need to let it go...get with black men of other racial background or date other races. Yes, colorism is still rampant in our community. It's been ingrained in us through slavery and Jim Crow. I find women of all shades beautiful, but there is definitely a preference for lighterskinned women on and offline, imho.
Some dudes think if they play contrarian it will hide the blatant reality. However, black women whether dark or light need to stop shaming black men to like a certain segment of black women. A man should not be forced into attraction...
All these respectability politics on the beauty of darkskinned women does not change how people feel inside or behind closed doors. Let it go...

If you pay attention to the internet and haters, black women are the least desired group of all races and genders. A black woman with her stuff together has no trouble finding a dude of any race though.
