I actually saw a white boy at a weed cafe in my city rockin' a Kobe short sleeve :scusthov: I was disgusted. Shyt just looked tacky. You can't rock those out in public and they should be banished from the league.

This is just the beginning of the NBA's attempt to further "expand" the game. The short sleeves will be fully implemented in less than two years, don't be surprised if they announce it over the summer that they'll be in full effect. With the short-sleeved jerseys in place, the ads and logos will come.

Except they'll be on the short-sleeves. Short sleeved shirts provide more space for more ads. The NBA will rake in billions and the cap will go up to 10 million dollars. Don't be surprised when they try to "expand" the game globally:troll:

This is a bs point, the NBA is already global, has been for years. This has nothing to do with "reaching out" to other continents, only ones to blame are the NBA, thier shytty taste and theire money-grabbing tactics.

It's not even summer time yet. Wearing sports related attire outside of games is rare nowadays but I think those jersey shirts could be pulled off with the right look.

Them shyts is fugazi. I still fukk with jerseys though. I'll wear them whenever. Dont know when and why all of a sudden it became wack to wear jerseys

They were a causality in the of the baggy clothes era.

When that does jerseys did as well

They let rappers dictate how they dress
So you just ignore the fact that rappers made wearing jerseys like that popular

No they didn't.

In the 90's, everyone was wearing jerseys. Jordan, Shaq, Ewing, Larry Johnson......those jerseys were all popular before every rapper began wearing jerseys.

You may have saw a jersey in a few music vids back then, but it was nothing like it became in the early 00's

People were wearing them but they didn't become a trend until hiphop started rocking throwbacks heavily

This isn't even up for debate

And when I say hiphop I mean the culture

man you're insane, and you're arguing for the sake of arguing. :stopitslime:

When I was a kid, people everywhere and I'm talking TONS of white kids too were wearing NBA jerseys. The Shaq Magic jersey, the Barkley Suns jersey, the white Jordan Bulls jersey etc. All those were everywhere.

Jerseys were insanely popular back then, plus they were only $40. The only thing that changed later on w/ rappers were the throwback jerseys coming out.
