My uncle married a Trinidadian woman and one of their popular dishes is bake and shark.

I was a bit hesitant at first but it was really good. Very meaty somewhat like swordfish.

What the deal is? Is it poisonous or is it just downright nasty?

Those bytches so damn violent, I'd be scared to eat one even if it was dead

you can eat anything if you cook it right.. so i'm guessing the time and measures to catch one, plus the amount of meat, and the taste.. must all contribute to it not being a popular dish

piranhas... hell no

had dolphin... alligator... my old boss had shark before... i'm serious... 99% of animals you CAN eat... but is it worth it taste and fulfillment wise? plus i imagine it's easier to catch some bass and fry it up than a damn piranhas

I had shark a couple times. The times I had it it was salty. The only good thing about it was the bones were kinda big compared to other fish and the meat came right off it. Skinning the shark is the worst part & that alone is not worth it to me
