My uncle married a Trinidadian woman and one of their popular dishes is bake and shark.
I was a bit hesitant at first but it was really good. Very meaty somewhat like swordfish.
you can eat anything if you cook it right.. so i'm guessing the time and measures to catch one, plus the amount of meat, and the taste.. must all contribute to it not being a popular dishI never hear ppl be like "yeah, ima go home and fry some of this piranha up"
