As an addendum, Rollins was IC champ since Summerslam and he only had one challenger (Ziggler) between then and now. Nobody else wanted the belt? Not even when Brock fukked off with the universal title? Some non Rollins or Ziggler character gotta go see Dean for the belt. See, purpose.

Yes, Seth should have had more than one challenger during that time period but the question is how many challengers can you reasonably fit in one title picture?

It isn't 20+ wrestlers, not for one title. You can't do six-pack challenges and battle royales for contenders every week.

You can't keep that up for 2 months much less a year.
