When I diet and exercise, my body doesn't crave drugs and I've noticed that this time around x10000.

I love weed, but maybe this is the wave for me.

I guess my first question would be in what way? Sometimes people who don't smoke or drink come off like vegetarians or people who ride bikes, just annoying and nobody asked for their opinon.

If the goal is health, they will likely live longer, but most people don’t care about living long lives, they’re just afraid of dying. Otherwise, they wouldn’t speed, text and drive and all of the other things that could end your life “before your time”.

He’s a pro athlete, his focus & discipline is different than regular people. You can be out the league with the quickness several higher picks were busts & out the nba after their rookie contract

Overthinking it. I don’t smoke or drink that often, maybe like once or twice every two years and I don’t think I’m “better” than anyone because of it.

Personally I just believe being drunk/high is an unnecessary pain in the ass.

Gotta have a designated driver or crash at someone else’s place, gotta deal with hangovers and/or the munchies, have to worry about random drug tests at the job, etc.

All that shyt is just not worth it, in my opinion.

As a brother who fits that description I wouldn't say I think I'm better than anybody but what I will say is in my opinion, people who don't smoke , drink , etc usually are the types who have a mind of their own and don't care about fitting in with the "cool" crowd.

In hindsight, the #1 reason why I've never smoked or drank alcohol is because I've never cared about fitting in. Peer pressure didn't work with me because I was always fine with being myself and couldn't care less if others thought I was "lame" or "boring".

Show me a person who doesn't smoke and drink and ill show you a person with a mind of their own.

I like people who march to the beat of their own drum.

Maybe but i think hes onto something here. When your goal is at that level you really gotta be obsessed with the shyt. He wasn't projected to be nearly as good as he is now but he worked his ass off in San Antonio and became a really good player.
Doesn't mean it gotta be forever but shyt some people gotta buckle down for years to hit certain goals just due to the enormity of the goal and what it requires

I definitely agree. It’s good to get all of that clubbing stuff out of your system at an early age.
