man I went out for a bike ride today and my cardio is trash...I got no problem taking a break from the weights.
How often do you ride? I have a bike and just started riding again. Bike riding is a hell of a workout on the thighs.

Jumprope to failure+10 pushups
Jumprope to failure+10 squats
Jumprope to failure+jumping jacks to failure

Or however you wanna maneuver it...

Pullups is prolly done best as a side alone
Same with running if you wanna do that...

You get the cardio and bodyweight movement in one shot
