Are Bodyweight Workouts Worth Doing?

Haven’t really done them, but wanna know if they’re worth doing at all or should I just do cardio?

Will I see any gains doing bodyweight exercises?

I've been more or less freestyling my workouts since the gyms are closed. Been doing squats, lunges, pushups, pull ups, chin ups but just all disorganized. Been neglecting my core too though.

Might just start P90X.
This is where I’m at. Might just have to do a combo of insanity and Chalean extreme DVD’s from way back :russ:

You just reminded me, I have Insanity on an external drive. I used to tap out from that 20 mins in way back, brutal

Just did

150 pushups
100 pull-ups
60 dips with a 5 second hold for each one

18 minutes 34 seconds

im focusing on cardio right now...
...I cant do hundreds of sets of anything w/o getting bored.
