I will admit you were right about the # though but at the end of the day if your only 13% of the population when you were 19.6% I don't think any rational person would disagree when I say the black population has shrunk/ stagnated which was my original point

Black people have been America's problem since 1865.
Before signing the Emancipation Proclaimation, Lincoln had no desire to free the remaining African slaves, he was planning on shipping them back to Africa. It wasn't about recognizing their humanity, it was a business agreement.
And to not go into a lengthy history lesson, everything up until now from planned parenthood to the prison industrial complex is designed to either limit the numbers of or mobility of black people. The threat? GENETIC ANNIHILATION. The fear of a predominantly non-white america.
To be honest, what's stopping the powers that be from trying to murk us and blame it on someone else knowing this country's history? They need 40 million of us. They already got their athletes, entertainers, and court jesters, other than the prisoners who provide cheap labor closest to slave days as possible...there really is no need for us to be around other than to be consumer slaves. With hispanics increasing in numbers, and taking jobs that would be occupied by blacks and other markets shutting us out of the competion life in America is gonna get worse than better for black people.
I honestly see this country being victim to a series of domestic terrorist attacks before that even happens though...I honestly see America going BANKRUPT before that happens either.

Latinos still vote majority Democrat, and they're the fastest growing population.
Voting-wise, enough of them align alongside Black voter's line to where there hasn't been a significant shift, nor will there be.

Well I think our holocaust has been continuous since the trans atlantic slave trade that costed Millions of lives. If the numbers were available of direct and indirect deaths resulting from systematic american racism they would reflect a death toll much higher than any event in Europe. So yeah we are being systematically killed here and abroad but I don't think we'll be totally wiped out because then whites will turn on themselves based on their own differences.
I didn't say no Black have gone through genocide, just that there isn't a current genocide for Black Americans.
The Trans-Atlantic Slave Trade and the chattel-slavery system in the US is an example of genocide.
The current system in place isn't genocide.
I can give like 20 examples of genocide, actual genocide. Even the Japanese atrocities committed before/during WW2 can be considered genocide.
Its disingenuous to call what's going on in the US "genocide."

I can see the threats we face as a people.
What I don't see is how it amounts to a genocide.
Mass incarceration, police brutality, housing discrimination, drug and gun violence epidemics, gender divisions, none of these constitute genocide.
I'd imagine paranoid people will still be having this conversation 200 years from now, when the international system is composed of four hegemonic powers instead of one, and Black people continue to face discrimination.
