By and large, white America has actually never had a genocidal impulse towards blacks. The race relations have always been informed first and foremost by economics, not genocidal ideology. The Holocaust was not an economic venture, the Armenian Genocide was not an economic venture, the Rwandan Genocide was not an economic venture. Genocides are meant to eradicate a people from existence, and that has never been white America's aim. It has always been to create an underclass to profit from economically. Eradicating blacks would do nothing to further that aim. So no, there is not and has never been a nazi style holocaust in the works for black people in America.

A genocide of any sort on a massive scale would suck trillions in buying power out of the cycle.
It'd basically be an extractive economy, and all extractive economies are self-perpetuating.
Think of the US South directly after the end of slavery, same thing in the global South at the end of their chattel slave economies.
How many billions would be spent trying to commit genocide alongside the trillions in lost buying power?
Billions more in innovation that would be eliminated, and while I'm not saying there would be a creative destruction type of boost, but significant potential lost as well.
Germany was mobilizing for total war, and was more suited for genocide, a good portion of their population was unaware of the genocide, something that could never happen in a first-world country in the 21st century. You can't just make 3,000,000 people disappear without a national outcry.
And honestly, the US simply doesn't have the temperature to do so. Maybe something similiar to an "internment camp" against Latino immigrants of Middle-Eastern Muslims, but as racist as this country is, there isn't enough of the population with the vitriol to do so.
And the international system is much more complex than it was in 1930. If you think an alliance couldn't fukk America up and allow a burgeoning power to gain hegemonic dominance, you're wrong.

I've done a lot of academic work on genocide, the situation in the US today is not a genocide.
And if by the furthest stretch of the definition of "genocide" were to be applied to any situation in the US today, ti would be to the Lakota people, as there is an incredibly high percentage of them wh ohave their orpahned children sent to White families far away from reservations, effectively shrinking the population of "culturally" Lakota.
