Are Black people the most creative when it comes to fun exercises to lose weight

at the grocery store you can choose vegetables, meat, etc.

The past generations werent eating 100% fastfood and prepackaged processed garbage either...

you just gotta know how to cook to eat healthy...

Also, people be fooling themselves

* Get the low calorie version of something....Eats double the amount because its less calories
* Pair soda/juice drink with cake, cookies, or brownies
* Consume foods high in poor quality fat and sugar for lunch and dinner and desert
* Diet for a time period and return tot he same habits that made them have to diet in the first place
* Workout and reward themselves with food

I know there's a few different things that make it hard to lose weight, but the math of calories in and calories out is a major guideline that's logically easy to understand

We eat

1. Bad Food
   1. Hyper processed with bad chemical
   2. specifically engineered to make you want to eat more and more
      1. easy to polish off a full bag of Doritos V the same amount of calories in Rice, Vegetables, and good chicken/fish/etc
2. In large quantities - Super sized everything
3. All of the Time - snacking non-stop

Why?

1. It's advertised all the time.
2. It's around us all the time.
3. It's relatively affordable for the job that it does.
   1. and the job that it does - boredom
   2. the job it doesn't do - nourishment

It's not cardio and it's not resistance training

In NYC, most of the bike messengers still using bikes - fat.
Most construction sites - dudes are fat. Might be strong - but fat is the norm.

Can't out run a bad diet.

People of 2024 don't magically have less will power than they did in 1994, much less 74.

And the adoption of the Western Diet that comes with greater economic prosperity has affected almost every country except Japan.
