* Pair soda/juice drink with cake, cookies, or brownies
* Consume foods high in poor quality fat and sugar for lunch and dinner and desert
* Diet for a time period and return tot he same habits that made them have to diet in the first place
* Workout and reward themselves with food
I know there's a few different things that make it hard to lose weight, but the math of calories in and calories out is a major guideline that's logically easy to understand
