my favorite question on religion that no one ever answers is this

christians claim jesus is god/the son of god. muslims claim he was a prophet, but not god. so either one half is right and one half is wrong, and ill see half of you fools in hell

or they're all just fake stories that dont mean anything. so which is it :skip:

Man post the scriptures, I read two versions of them. Which bible are you reading from? I feel like your trolling, I’m trying to learn.
Genesis 3:6
"And when the woman saw that the tree was good for food, and that it was pleasant to the eyes, and a tree to be desired to make one wise, she took of the fruit thereof, and did eat, and gave also unto her husband with her; and he did eat."

Genesis 3:16
"And the LORD God said unto the woman, What is this that thou hast done? And the woman said, The serpent beguiled me, and I did eat."

He's trying to use these two verses to say the Devil slept with Eve. The reason he has the wrong interpretation is because of the BOLD. Unless the Devil also slept with Adam, I don't know how you can come to that interpretation.

If you believe that Jesus is your lord and savior, and accept that he died for your sins, then you accept the white man interpretation of the Bible.

:what:

The very basis of the white mans interpretation of the Bible is based the Catholic Christian doctrine of original sin

Romans 5:12-21 said:
12 Therefore, just as through one man sin entered the world, and death through sin, and thus death spread to all men, because all sinned

13 (For until the law sin was in the world, but sin is not imputed when there is no law.

14 Nevertheless death reigned from Adam to Moses, even over those who had not sinned according to the likeness of the transgression of Adam, who is a type of Him who was to come.

15 But the free gift is not like the offense. For if by the one man’s offense many died, much more the grace of God and the gift by the grace of the one Man, Jesus Christ, abounded to many.

16 And the gift is not like that which came through the one who sinned. For the judgment which came from one offense resulted in condemnation, but the free gift which came from many offenses resulted in justification.

17 For if by the one man’s offense death reigned through the one, much more those who receive abundance of grace and of the gift of righteousness will reign in life through the One, Jesus Christ.)

18 Therefore, as through one man’s offense judgment came to all men, resulting in condemnation, even so through one Man’s righteous act the free gift came to all men, resulting in justification of life.

19 For as by one man’s disobedience many were made sinners, so also by one Man’s obedience many will be made righteous.

20 Moreover the law entered that the offense might abound. But where sin abounded, grace abounded much more,

21 so that as sin reigned in death, even so grace might reign through righteousness to eternal life through Jesus Christ our Lord.

^^This is the main basis of original sin doctrine. :rudy:

Furthermore, the idea of original sin is Augustinian which means it was posited by Saint Augustine.

The Codex Sinaiticus, which contains this part of Romans 5 above, is dated to either several years before or six years after (330-360 AD) St. Augustine was born (354 AD).

He was writing doctrine at 6 years old, breh? :cambybp:

Muslims don’t believe Jesus rose from the dead.

Christians do.

When Jesus was on earth, he was called “son of David” because he was a man of Davids blood line.

When Jesus was resurrected, then and only then was he was the son of God..

Yeah read this, and didn’t see the connection. In the Bible when they refer to sexual act they write it as “and he knew her”, or “she knew him”.

I think that theory is reaching about Eve knowing a serpent.

Mm. I dunno. I am almost certain he ate of the fruit and digested it means he acquired some type of wisdom. Digest does not always mean physically eat something and the fruit can be a metaphor.

The idea in its form which we believe comes from Augustinian. he did not invent it, men like Origen and others had philosophized on it previously. And you cannot use Romans which is from Pauls epistles to justify them believing in original sin. The doctrine has no basis in Hebraic scripture whatsoever, and hebrews" and so called jews do no accept it.

Revelation 12:9
9 And the great dragon was cast out, that old serpent, called the Devil, and Satan, which deceiveth the whole world: he was cast out into the earth, and his angels were cast out with him.

So Eve was talking to a serpent which was the most craftiest of all the wild animals or a spirit???...:lupe:

Eve could see spirits???...:usure:...Or is the Devil a dragon???......Is this what Black Pastors teach the Black Church???...:feedme:

Jesus was a incredible prophet not a son of God. God also called other prophets his sons as well such as David and other prophets. Christians are silly.
