i believe, first and foremost, blacks need to get rid of all c00ns. that means ALL blacks who loathe education and knowledge. The entire Northern portion of the continent (known as the Maghreb) is predominantly Arab, Berber and Coptic. There are small pockets of "Black" people but they are in the minority.

Egypt is 88 million
Algeria is 30 million+
Morocco is 20 million+


I say all this to say......Africa is not as Black as you think it is.

Also consider the fact that the Chinese across the continent number about 1 million people and growing.
