I’ll never forget first semester in college I was walking out of the library and saw an Arab chick who I went to HS with. I stopped and talked to her, just shooting the breeze and laughing. Out of my side vision I could see a group of Arab dudes smoking just outside the library doors. Few seconds later I noticed they had moved away from the doors and were now closer to us. Shortly thereafter I noticed they were a bit closer. Then closer. Finally they were within a couple feet of me and this chick. She finally noticed them and said I gotta get going to class. I turned around and looked at the dudes, they looked like losers. Shook my head and walked away.
Later on I learned one of them had told her brother that she was talking to a black guy. I was cool with her entire family plus they knew my parents so nothing bad happened.
