As far as the show goes, this is how I see the 2 nights being split up:
Night 1
Usos (c)- Zayn/Owens- WWE Tag Title
Theory (c)- Cena- US Title
Flair (c)- Ripley- SD Womens Title
Lashley- Bray Wyatt
Dom Mysterio- Rey Mysterio
Rollins/Logan
Night 2
Reigns (c)- Rhodes- WWE Title
Belair (c)- Asuka- RAW Womens Title
Gunther (c) vs. ?- IC Title
Lesnar- Omos
Edge- Finn Balor
Lynch/Trish/Lita- Damage Control
They will want to split the Womens Title matches, and also split Cena and Reigns on separate nights. I feel they will try to go with Flair/Ripley as a main event, but we all know Usos/Zayn and Owens should main night 1.
I think that Rey/Dom would be a great match to open the whole show, and Lashley/Bray will be the next to last match on their night cause they will want the stadium as dark as possible for whatever they have planned for Bray, and the earlier start time West Coast will mess that up. Probably the same for Edge/Finn on the other night, so those have to be split.
There should be about 7-8 matches each night so plenty of room to get others on the card. Every Mania needs a good multi team match, or a spotfest like a ladder match. MITB would be perfect on this show. I mentioned earlier a 4 corners #1 contender Tag match and stick by that. These 8 deserve on the card (Street Profits, Alpha Academy, Braun/Ricochet, New Day)
