Apple Watch has had an esim for years and I never had issues with it.

This it actually good for supply at least. There were always sim free phones and then carrier specific ones which just came with a carrier sim. Then you have companies trying to charge you $15 for another sim if you’re not savvy.

If you travel you can setup esim as well

Yeah in the past I used the attt intentional plan it was $10 per day though

They don’t charge you after the 10th day
