I got 12 bose speakers with a subwofer
my homepods aint above my head

Atmos on Homepods is cool sometimes but its virtual (and somewhat a gimmick as a result)
Could be cool in cars. But, if you have a 12-channel system and it doesnt support atmos natively, its very likely that it will fudge an atmos input (and not appropriately designate height sounds to where it should be)

Lately I’ve been going on my runs and for some reason after my warm up run I try my interval app and my settings were wiped yhat got me ticked off with it recently cuz I had to walk back home to sync it back.
No issues with this watchOS9
