I watched the video on the shyt. shyt low key looks trash. I think Apple making a blunder here. They not innovating shyt - just jumping into an existing space and putting the Apple shine on it. Not even hating, I got all Apple products but I’ve been waiting for a decade + for them to really drop some groundbreaking shyt.

I was curious to see what Apple was going to bring to the AR/VR headset game.

They did their thing.
As a piece of tech, it's cool.
As a device to change computing, it's too cumbersome.

For AR to really take off, it needs to be seamless and shareable. The same way that VR has to be UN-tethered to take off.

As a few people in here said already, when they get to the 3rd or 4th generation, maybe they'll really have something.

Did you see the cord plugged in the side? You’ll have to wear a charging pack like a fukking utility belt to power the thing but they left that out in their cool ad
