i'm as big a drake hater as anyone, but i don't think he's really to blame for this. this is all 100% apple being petty.
you can question his dignity for going with such a fukked up corporation though. i'm not gonna judge him for eating though.
What's petty about not letting your competitor profit off of something you paid 19 million for? Apple owns the rights to any Drake exclusives.i'm as big a drake hater as anyone, but i don't think he's really to blame for this. this is all 100% apple being petty.

The fest is happening now. Does anyone have a link to the stream?
Here are the tweets/pics about it. Some people are angry that they can't see Drake's performance. lol

What are these examples of Tidal not doing their due diligence? You sound like part of their PR team. Drake was slated to do two songs. That shyt is corny no matter how you slice it. For a charity concert? As for Tidal starting the exclusive shyt, of course they did, how else would you overcome FMA. Hulu, Netflix and Prime do it right now all the time. The difference here is that, Tidal does not stop any artist with any sort of Apple connection from still cross-promoting with Apple Music even if they have exclusive Tidal shyt. Still gave NWA and Dre's Compton spotlight this week regardless of the deal. Meanwhile Apple took RIhanna's single off the front of iTunes because she did a deal with Tidal. It's corny and petty as fukk and it's why Apple was getting investigating for monopoly tactics. What's petty about not letting your competitor profit off of something you paid 19 million for? This is Tidal, once again, not doing their due diligence and half-assing shyt. They really thought Apple was just going to let this slide after writing a 19 million dollar check?
