Apple Unveils New MacBook Air and iPad Pro

at illinois having a tax free weekend. that shyt has NEVER EVER happened here.

however, I couldn't get the ipad yesterday. costco didn't have the ipad pro 11" with 128GB in stock that goes for $750, and the apple store didn't have it either. I probably will just order it from costco and have it delivered when I get back from my trip.

Tennessee is even having a tax free weekend on food and drinks this year

Tennessee doesn't even charge state income taxes.

that said, I FINALLY got my ipad pro ordered. I went thru costco simply cuz they not only had the cheapest price ($50 discount), but they have 3-5 day shipping instead of the 4-6 week shipping that apple currently is having.

I was going to upgrade my iPad as well and the shipping date is August 31-September 8

I don’t know if I should just sell my Apple gift cards and get the iPad elsewhere or just take my chances in hopes that it arrives sooner. I also don’t know if I should just get the mini again or go for the pro even as I already have a MacBook.

I used costco, but it hasn't come, and they said 3-5 business days. I ordered on 7/29, so hopefully it's here by monday.

the original date they provided was 7/31, which was the only reason I went with them. apple is having MAJOR supply chain issues, which is why I won't even order from them.
