Dudes, so i made the mistake of upgrading to the iOS 8 with a 4S last night...and the pics and videos i had on the phone are now gone. I got my contacts, calendar, reminders back...but not the pics outside of like 50 pics in the "Recently Viewed" section.
I could've sworn it was all backed up because this didn't happen with the iOS 6 & iOS 7 updates...but happened now. Is there any way to still recover my camera roll and videos???
Did the same thing breh. Did me and my wife's iPhone and iPad. shyt's lagging too. :mjknicks:
Last long camp out I had was the 4. Even had it pre ordered but everyone was trying to get it first showed up early.

All your pics should still be in your icloud account. Unless you had it turned off for some reason. Look in your photo stream breh

na i've always been a little ehh about doing the photos in the iCloud. i'm gonna try to download one of these programs that can help recover everything possible tonight...like through a torrent with the serial number & all. i use the iCloud for notes, reminders, calendar, contacts tho.
but what i will do with the iphone 6 is make sure i import my photos and videos regularly on my pc. i didn't really attempt to try in the past, and i didn't know you could import without deleting from the phone, tag them so they're organized in folders, etc. i'm just realizing this now unfortunately....which is stupid of me.

It's BGR. I take everything they post with a grain of salt. We already knew it was gonna be tough to find them. 9to5 Mac had an article saying 400,000 6s are being produced per day compared to only 140,000 6+
I'm going out looking for a + tomorrow, if I don't find one then I'll just chill till my Oct 2nd ship date
