To be fair, I can’t really blame people for not believing the clips are real, GTAV has been milked since 2013 and GTA 6 “leaks” have been a running gag online for years.
Did y'all expect them not to make another GTA

I wanna say this is an upscaled GTa 5 mod...
What kinda of programs do they use to make a video game like this?

Like they make a map..I assume they use a city xl or some city type app to create the map...the I guess it.involves alot of programming and coding?

You know.of any good videos where it explains how to create a video game?

Game developers usually have their own custom programs and engines. If you want to make a game like gta you would use gaming software such as unreal engine, autodesk 3ds, blender. GTA V and 6 will use the rage engine and other custom software.
You have to be very experienced in using C++ coding language. Now, to even attempt to replicate a game as detailed as the gta 6 leak footage, is damn near impossible without an experienced large team of developers that are elite when it comes to all areas of video game coding, animation, U.I, A.I,scripting and beta testing. Breh the simple physics in a game like gta requires complex code. Now imagine trying to program how a car handles in the game and how the npcs react to your driving. Animations, gaming physics, collisions,A.I etc, and they all require extremely complicated mathematics and coding.

3d modelling and animation is also not a walk in the park. If you wanted to recreate a simple but detailed map, it would take well over a year, and you will need maybe 30-50 people. Maybe a year or two before the game becomes playable. Making a 2d game like super mario is possible.
