Apparently after braces, you have to wear a retainer for the rest of your life

I didn't feel like paying $5,000 for Invisalign since my teeth look fine but my bite is a little off probably from my wisdom teeth shifting things. They said I wouldn't even need to wear them long but that price is ridiculous. $2500-3000 is the most of spend. My dentist recommended a retainer. I got it and after the second night it was a bytch to remove so I had to go back and get them loosened.

I can't imagine wearing Invisalign all day except for meals. The retainer had my teeth sore before I got it adjusted.

Yeah I learned the hard way.

I like the gap I have tho. It's a small gap in my 2 front teeth that's barely noticeable.
