Beautiful ass music, Phil is a talented dude. looking forward to sitting with this one during the work commute

Gave it a 2nd full run through yesterday, beautiful is the best adjective to describe it. I'm not fully immersed into the Beach Boys discography but some of his songs sound like theirs. I've always loved this BB cover he did

Bump. @aceboon …was doing some cleaning and arranging and come across a vinyl EP I had of AOE…forgot I even had it from 2017. Still goat status and still sad they didn’t move forward
nice setup! Dawaun dropped off the face of the earth, at least social media wise. I loved their chemistry

I'm still mad it seems like we're never gonna get the songs they previewed on IG that were gonna be on the next project, not sure what happened with Parker but Beaudreau is in like 3 other groups now besides his solo stuff.

I know, bruh. I guess Dawaun might’ve had some serious personal issues that even Phil couldn’t convince him to continue to have just dropped out like that. :to:

what brand of speakers are those in the pic? I need a set for my record player
Man, those are some 10 year old Klipsch RB61 bookshelves on stands. Size wise they’re perfect for my home office but they’re tiding me over until I can get these other Wharfdale speakers this year. You can get them dirt cheap on FBM or Craigslist since they’re old, but if you want similar but much better, look at Klipsch RP600M or RP600M IIs. They are supposed to be excellent.

Phil, Amber Navran (from Moonchild) and Jacob Mann formed a group called Catpack and dropped an album last month. It’s a tidy 25 mins across 10 tracks. Texture of the album is in the vein of Moonchild, but the harmonizing between Phil and Amber is :banderas:
