AOC asked her followers who voted for both her and Trump why they did it? The responses are interesting to say the least.

People are falling all over themselves when the simple answer is that folks just don't want a female president. Clinton got hit with the same bull...
maybe stop pushing horrible women when there's quantifiable proof that they're not even liked within their own party when ever given a choice in the matter, then turning around and saying "no woman could ever win".

there's no way that could contribute to alienated votes :francis: surely

The thing is Hillary still had more popular votes, folk didn't really like her but people felt she had something presidential. nobody fukked with Kamala like that at all, on any level.

in the way that she got smoked in primaries surrounded by candidates that largely had the exact same stances as her.

why do we keep acting like this didn't happen :dead: shyt, half the republican attacks on kamala are based on the exact playbook that democrats used

but even then its not about the republicans, dems in droves said no we're not even showing up for. it was not a surprise.

I wish y'all would stop being goofy about this. Kamala lost in the way she did because the country rejected a black woman becoming president. You can't compare campaigns, policies, qualifications, rhetoric etc of the 2 candidates and come to the conclusion where you can see why the majority voted for Trump.

Trump has a cult following. Some people borderline worship him. Kamala has got nothing remotely like that. She won 0 states in the primary when she ran for president. She may have a more impressive political resume but her likability was extremely lacking.

people did not show up in a way that hasn't been seen in years - and there is a direct indicator showing why

if you're gonna completely dismiss the importance and value of primaries, even when faced with a direct outcome of this magnitude, then its on you at this point

like the shyt is still stinking :dead: but its somehow easier to continue saying the same things that got the party into this mess
