Anyone wonder why most basketball and football players are black but the coaches

Coaches and coordinators make decent $$ and are involved in the game.People will look at you crazy,because your not running for touchdowns or making tackles.Yet you are doing somethingn 100% safe,where if your good enough you can work your way up the ladder.

More then likely after this conversation the young man will give up his dream.Because fellow blacks automatically encourage youth to be the players not the coaches,coordinators or owners.Everybody can name Cam Newton but cant nobody name a black offensive coordinator or want to be one.

There are various reasons but I think its because most white owners still look at Black candidates as inferior minds, so they wouldnt want trust them with their investment (team). Say what you want but the proof is in the pudding. Notice that I said most owners, not all owners.

What about retired players? What's the reason a lot of them aren't given head coach positions? Why is there a minority interview quota that each team with a coaching vacancy must meet?
