I think I sprained my tit breh. Whenever I lift my arm it hurts. Any exercise for that?

JJ this will definitely help you.

I'm making each 2-week stage a 4-week stage for myself on the recommendation of the person who put me onto it. I've discovered after 2 weeks that the imbalances on the left side of my body are more lopsided and deeper in the muscle tissues than I thought before I started. The idea is that this will better prepare those inner muscles for the steps up in intensity.

I can feel different parts of my body moving in ways they didn't less than 3 weeks ago, getting closer to what my natural movements are supposed to be. My posture is also improved.

For those requesting pirated copies, this book doesn't even cost 20 bucks so I'm not going to bother with that. There are youtube videos associated with the book:

Pics and descriptions. Having someone read the instructions to you as you do the exercises is best. If you read the book first you'll know what to do, they're not complex movements.

I plan to keep updating this thread. Starting the moderate workout today. My left lower back has been firing more effectively and my left leg is continuing to get stronger. Stay tuned.
