I have AT&T and in LA my phone says I have it but I don't know for sure

What kind of phone do you have is it 5G capable

I have the 7t Mclaren on T-Mobile and I haven't noticed much of an increase in speeds, but with that said, my speeds weren't exactly sluggish to begin with. When running a speedtest at home I'm only seeing 20 - 40 Mbs outside of Atlanta even though it says I have 5G. My other non-5G phones show similar speeds and I haven't remembered to run a test when out and about since I got it on Saturday. Honestly, I'm strongly considering returning it. I wasn't really looking for a 5G phone, but thought I'd try it out. I'll give a few more days.
