Anyone use a suicide grip while benching?

I think the problem is guys who DON'T know any better tend to think only flat barbell bench is the way to go, so the others who don't know any better follow suit, but I like to mix it up with dumbbells, I'll do pull overs superset with my bench at times, HELL I've deadlifted superset with my flat bench, but I'll stay light on bench only 225, and go up to 405 on deads.

They mostly agreed that dumb bell bench > barbell, though. ....all in variations, flat, incline,decline.

it is. I got 20 years lifting experience and dumb bell bench is far better IMO. u also increase your rang of motion with dumb bells getting a better work out. Sure u aint gonna max shyt with dumb bells but who the fukk cares.

Shoulder pain is from you not retracting your shoulder blades.

They should be retracted and depressed when benching and doing many other lifts.

And for those saying their wrists hurt from benching, use wristwraps.

I've been using them for a couple months now and no wrist pain.
