Anyone still using HP's Touchpad?

I fixed my headphone jack issue, just had to flash a different JellyBean Rom. Beats audio being flashed+good headphones brings that sound out of this bytch.

I keep wanting to buy another tablet then I look at the touchpad and think

nah I'm good.

I flashed JB on it, but I went back to CM9 because the JB ROMs that I tried didn't work with Splashtop. Have any of yal tried it with that app? shyt is dope, and if you have Windows 8 on your desktop it will turn your TouchPad into a Windows 8 device with the gestures and everything.

the JB rom doesnt wanna flash brehs, i wipe the system/cache and flash the rom/gapps in clockwork mod just fine, when i restart though i dont see the option to select the rom in the clockword mod list

anything am missing? ive tried to rewipe/reflash twice now same result, just get stuck on a black screen

What are you flashing from? An ICS ROM or a GB ROM?

I'm confused now. So when you first picked up the TP it was already on JB?

now it had webos lol , rooted it put android on GB i believe or what ever the first ROM was on it , last rom i was running on it for the past year and half was one called BRICKED ROM which was based off of ICS

tried to install the newest JB rom a couple of minutes ago and it failed

Ah damn. It's been a while since I hacked it from WebOS to Android. You should do a nandroid backup, then wipe, factory reset, then flash JB. I think I read on XDA that's its best to do that when going from ICS to JB.

But honestly, I'm on an ICS ROM and it's been fine for me. Pretty much everything I need works. HBOGo, Youtube works in Chrome browser, Chrome isn't twitchy, its smooth... I don't have any issues with any apps and the camera even works. I've tested it with video chat also.

That's the ROM I'm running. I just flashed it over the old ICS ROM and it's been working pretty well.

May be a moboot or ROM file size issue. From what I gathered the first time you flash Jellybean its best to do it through the acmeinstaller3. So upgrade your acmeinstaller if you hadn't, throw the new moboot in their as well if you haven't already did that. Run acmeuninstaller then run acmeinstaller3.

yea i just found out that was the issue , need ACI3, but fuk that just went ahead a installed a newear ICS rom
