PM ME A ENGLISH SUBBED VERSION IF YOU FIND ONE. I DON'T CARE ENOUGH TO ACTUALLY LOOK FOR IT MYSELF 
I'm pretty sure there is no version out yet. shyt just came out in theaters in Japan. So even if there is one it would some shytty cam rip. Usually DVD's come out 5-6 months after a theatre release so I'm guessing around October is when we will get a decent subtitled version for the movie with watchable quality.
As for English Dub.. DBZ came out in the 80's in Japan. We watched that shyt in the 2000's. You do the math... Nah im exaggerating, won't be that long but won't be anything less than a year. Like the same time it took Kai to start getting dubbed.
