Anyone remember these R&B videos from the 90's?

FINALLY A THREAD WHERE WE CAN GET OUR CHIT OFF WITHOUT HAVING TO GO THRU THE USUAL ARTISTS THAT GOT SHOVED DOWN OUR THROATS.

:blessed::blessed:

Very few people give these nikkas the respect they deserve. Very few know that Aaliyah's "One in a Million" hook partially came from "Your Love is a 187" and Total used the beat from "Forget I was a G" on "Sitting Home".

I always felt like timbaland sampled that joint twice. not just the total song but I always felt like he kinda rode that track into ginuwine's "same ol g" as well. or is that just me?

whats funny is that the "forget I was a g" joint was from Jason's lyric OST. I was gonna make a thread about that, the same way I did for this jamecia joint right here, which was also on that soundtrack. it pre-dated the "pony" record and people were mad on here when I pointed it out. I guess timbaland mustve loved that soundtrack:

I always wished this was a real track, and looking at all the views, im not the only one. somebody in the comments section said that she actually released this as a real song. is this true?

Here's another song from the 90's I played a lot. No nikka can front on this 1

I always wondered if Method Man ghost wrote this song. It sounded just like him in a way.

word is he had team of ghostwriter....i think nas penned a few of his songs
but his overall flow and cadence made you:ohhh:for such a young bul, way ahead of his time.....i still got latchkey kid somewhere in my collection

That young Usher song "Think of You" should be posted in this thread.

nah.

that was a lil too much of a hit, and it still gets spins.

a better example would be that video he had out where he was in the car that was allegedly used in the pac murder a year or so later.

Yes, she did......

PROPS.
will & carlton was :stylin::stylin: on that stage.
then uncle phil chase them off the stage, crushed the buildings, then :stylin:
1 of my all-time favorite bel air moments.

The Tatyana Ali Kiss the Sky" album had a few bangers on it. Someone at the label dropped the ball by not making this song a single

If you have a great sound system in your whip you need to play this in it. Trust me.
