I've made some changes since I created this but here's the gist.
"MELANOID UNION
Why We Need A Union
Will be a Union combining Ministry with Union benefits and standards. This will be the power move needed to correct our community and progress us towards power.
This Union will go above religion and bring us all together. To right the wrong that was done at the Tower of Babel when we were scattered and given “different tongues” (religions).
In this Union we can have Islam, Christianity, Atheism, Judasism, etc., all working toward the advancement of Melanoids.
GOALS AND VISION OF THE UNION
I. Kids raised in a community environment.
II. Single parents will have help from the community.
III. Benefiting from the talents of our community economically.
IV. Legal help for members, there will be a community of professionals in the union to assist. Avoiding melanoids of having to depend upon Public Defenders.
V. We will build melanoid school’s for our youth.
VI. There will be funds and support for member’s in the interest of starting businesses.
VII. There will be a security force utilized to protect our scholars and Leaders.
VIII. We will provide security for our own communities.
IX. We will vote in blocks and eventually form our own political party.
X. We will fund lobbyist to assist in our progress on a national level.
XI. We will create our own forms of social media and other media which will have our best interests and images in mind.
XII. There will be a Code of Conduct for our community.
XIII. We will purchase land for agriculture.
CODE OF CONDUCT
1. Melanoid will always support Melanoid.
2. Melanoid will not harm other Melanoid without just reason.
3. Melanoid will not present an embarrassing or disparaging image of Melanoid in public.
4. Melanoid will seek the advancement of Melanoid’s as a whole.
5. Melanoid will protect and support women and children.
6. Melanoid will be prepared to defend another/other Melanoid who is being attacked.
Disregard and/or violation of these core values will/can result in expulsion from the Union.
POSSIBLE RESULTS FOR NON-MEMBERS
Children Raised in a Community Environment
Our children do best when they are raised in a community environment. Where as many people as possible have their best interest in mind. We will get these “lost” children off the corners and offer them support and direction.
No child should have to go hungry or without when they have an entire community behind them. Our people LOVE and NEED a communities support. Think to when you were a child, nothing you loved more than finding out you had more cousins you had no knowledge of to support you.
An adult should know the child and parents of every child in their immediate community. Should be prepared to assist that child in any way they can. If that child needs a meal for the evening, there should be no problem in inviting that child to the table. A child’s parents have no money for school clothing, the other adults in that community should have no problem in coming together and pooling some money for that child.
Benefit from the talents of our community
As it is now, the Majority are benefiting from our communities talents. Nothing we are good at, and are generating cash is benefiting our community. From sports to music to movies, we own none of this. We will attempt to change this. If nothing else, the Majority will pay our community for the talents produced by it.
A professional football player, the NFL should have no problem including 1-2% in their contract which goes directly to our Union for our community. If that player is a member of our Union as they should be…if they want support from us.
You want a Melanoid in your film, contract a percentage to our Union!
You like our music…a percentage will off the top go to our community.
Community assistance for single parents!
Single parents will have help. No longer will you have to go at it alone! No longer will a mother have to fear her kids will be unable to eat. Will not have the clothes they need for school. Can’t work because she has no one to watch her children.
Financial support for our entrepreneurs’
There are those amongst us who have the dream and drive to create businesses. Businesses which can in turn provide jobs for others in our community. Unfortunately we run into the obstacle of financing and revenue.
With our Union we can look within and find the revenue needed to pursue our dreams!
Legal support and other professional services
Do you know of family members who may or may not have committed a crime? The result is the same unless your family is blessed to have the money for a proper attorney. They are basically railroaded into the prison industrial complex. Many jump on the first offer just to be released from the county/precinct/parish jail. Not realizing they are probably affecting their standard of life FOREVER without serving prison time.
We will have Union member attorney’s who will represent us and fight our battles in courts. No longer will our battles against the legal system be fought alone. No longer will our legal system quietly railroad us into prison, even when it’s apparent, and there not be a sound from the community.
Besides having legal support, cases of injustice will be made public. To top it off, we will begin going after these Prosecutors and Judges.
We will build schools made specifically for our youth!
Tired of our youth being made out as dumb? Perhaps it’s time to place them in a learning environment conducive of them learning. Learning things applicable to their real world. Things which will teach them to create businesses and ownership.
Our schools will also give them a reason of being proud to be melanoid. We will not make it appear as though our history began with slavery. That everything before that we were chucking spears in the jungle. They will learn of the many inventions and innovations our ancestors are responsible for, even if the patents and ideas have been stolen.
A security force
We will have the funding for a security force to protect our scholars, leaders, communities, and ourselves. Similar in the makeup of the Original Black Panthers.
Police killing people in our communities with immunity….not on our watch! Supremacists wishing to return to the 20’s when they had the reign to ride through and lynch who they want when they want….GTFOH!
It’s time for Melanoid men to rise up and protect their loved ones and communities.
Block Voting and eventual Political Party
America’s nightmare and will probably make them want to label us as terrorists, simply because we’re attempting to achieve progress in our community.
No longer will we support and help politicians be elected who then turn their backs on us. Who are afraid to do anything for the Melanoid community. We will no longer fall for the lies and illusions of the current political system. If you want votes from our Union members, well you’re going have to come talk to us and tell us what you’re going to do for us.
We will have the funds to support your campaign if we see advantages for our community.
Our Lobbyist
We will play this political game as necessary long as we live under this system. We will invest in our own Lobbyist who will be in Washington fighting for our interests.
Media and Social Media, for us and by us
Propaganda is a major issue, most are unaware it’s being used against us. As of right now we are nearly powerless to fight it. We have no media outlets with our best interests at heart and support us. We will change this. And this time it will not be sold to the majority for profit.
We will have our Melanoid facebook, twitter, etc. We will have an actual melanoid channel which has more to offer than videos.
We will have a Code of Conduct for our community
Without a unified code of conduct any community is lost. We suffer from this at this moment. Every man/woman for themselves, free to do or say whatever they want, with no backlash from the community.
Our children are suffering from this because they’re growing up without a Code to guide them to success. We suffer as a community because we are easily fractured and thus unable to unite and defend ourselves. The Majority are feasting from us emotionally and economically. On top of this, we have Benedicts who are selling us out to the Majority.
With a Code we will be able to identify those c00ning and banish them from our community. They love the other side so much…lol….go play for that otherside full time!

- Athletes and entertainers will receive no support from our community! An athlete’s merchandise will not sell to us, and entertainer’s music or movies either.
