yes quit cold turkey not exactly sure when because it took me multiple attempts and relapses
the last time i can specifically remember smoking was after game 1 of the 2018 NBA finals so I quit sometime that summer.
i was irritable and had insomnia and shyt for like a week, but it was the best decision of my life. i think the mistake i kept making the times i failed at quitting was that i’d smoke with others if i was out drinking or something and then i’d end up buying a pack.
stopped doing that shyt. it was miserable doing it cold turkey but i’m glad i didn’t pick up a vaping habit instead.
