Anyone on here NOT registered for selective service?

once one turns 18, they must register for the selective service... in case it is necessary to be drafted during a time of war. registering basically updates the gov't on all your info, etc.

A few things will automatically register you, like registering to vote and receiving financial aid. A couple of you nikkas probably registered without knowing it :heh:

I am not sure about registering to vote qualifying you.

I know you cannot get financial aid without signing up.

Yeah I dont think registering to vote qualifies. That tends to be a state and not federal thing.

Well I got financial aid in college so I'm pretty sure I registered.

But I just hit 27 so I'm almost in the clear... :win:
