I have no idea. I turned on argentina and it works every time for me.

They might have patched the family plan up then.

This is the message my wife and mom are getting when they try to accept my invitation to join the family plan. I tried sending the invitation it w/ the VPN and w/out the VPN and accepting the invitation it w/ the VPN and w/out the VPN. Doesn't matter, every time I'm getting this message.

You probably have multiple pay profiles. And the one that clicked is argentina

then settings

you see for me i have two but the profile that is selected for google pay transactions is canada

And nah I was starting to get hit with dual ads with one being unskippable 15sec. Once that happened often I jumped on the wave.

I used a burner gmail, paid for Argentina family plan, then added my real account along with other family accounts to the google group.

This way if anything goes left my real account is unscathed.

Yea I VPN’d all accounts when accepting the invite.

So, the only way I was able to get rid of that error was to delete the USA Google Payment Profile from the account accepting the invite. After reading around, apparently, you can no longer accept an invite if you have a USA Payment Profile AND an Argentina Payment Profile setup. You have to delete the USA Payment Profile and only have the Argentina one active.

I did this for a couple of gmail accounts and it removed the error and I was able to accept the invite. But I didn't do it for one of my main accounts because I didn't feel comfortable deleting the USA Profile that has my Google One/Nest subscriptions on it. I think once you delete the USA profile you lose all history & subscriptions immediately...but I'm not 100% certain about this.
