I was wondering tf kinda currency that was and then remembered the VPN bit. I'm currently on a 3-month YT Premium trial courtesy of Gamepass and have to admit it's a fukking gamechanger. You don't realize how aggravating and time consuming the ads are until they're gone. And I consume a lot of YouTube, especially on my phone where ad-blocking isn't an option. I already use Apple Music so the YT Music was whatever. I did check it out though and its discoverability and smart playlists are really good. Almost too good...like it's also factoring in google searches and youtube history lmao. I may keep it once the trial is up so thanks for the tip.

My trial ended yesterday. Goodness gracious I’m seriously considering paying the 15 smh it’s worth it

Just used this method 6 minutes ago and it still works

Quick Notes:

- I already had premium for the last year and I let it cancel to try the method
- When I tried to renew it using the same account, my card declined
- I also got flagged on my gmail account an had to re-verify it was me
- I had to open a new Gmail account while using the VPN (Argentina)
- I started a new Youtube account using the Argentina Gmail and my card went through

Hey I haven't read through the thread, so if this question has been answered, my bad. Can you buy multiple months up front. So just in case Youtube catches on to the "glitch" or whatever, I could already have 10 years banked at that price.
