Never been officially diagnosed, but I’m pretty sure I have ADHD. Didn’t recognize it for most my life, but now the more I learn the more it makes sense. Don’t take anything for it, but used to be addicted to energy drinks. Wasn’t until I cut out all the sugar and caffeine a few years back that I realized how much it was helping to stabilize me. Still learning to put processes in place to keep me on track but at this point it’s normal way of approaching life to me now.
