It's just like any other mid size south city nothing special. Don't know any NYC people come and bytch about areas like raleigh not like they was doing anything big in NYC if the did they would have not moved

I lived in melvid CT near Apollo heights and went to millbrook then moves to granite ridge and went to garner high. Now in in this dump

I know a few people who sold houses that they had in NY, came down here, and paid straight cash for their crib. Sometimes it's about not wanting to deal with the hassles of everyday living in NY.
I like it here, although there's some things I miss about NY. I miss hood spots like Crown Chicken, White Castle. I miss pizzerias that have beef patties with cheese
. But that's all fixed with a simple 8 hour drive up top. I get my fix, then I come back to NC.

I've driven down Glenwood South on a Friday or Saturday night (usually to Snoopy's to get a burger or hot dog), and seen what was popping down there. I don't want to come off like a smug NYer, but I would see the people and what was jumping off, and be like
Wifey has been wanting to go dance salsa and merengue at Carmen's in Morrisville. I've heard that spot is actually halfway decent as far as clubs go.

Don't know about the spots in Raleigh but the chicks from NC State are as far as Charlotte goes CIAA weekend is 
so many broads, so many parties. I just parked my car in Uptown Charlotte at this lot, and paid the parking fee. And from there just started walking through uptown by the Bobcats arena; suprised by the number of bad chicks I saw. And if I needed to go a little further out I just got on the Lynx and it put me in the area of where I needed to be.
Did you hit up Broadway at the Beach? I dislike most of the clubs there but shear number of female tourist and my fellow CCU females that hit it up make it worth wild!!!! So many beautiful women who treat Myrtle Beach like it's Vegas!
