By saying it's not true. From NYC down to Florida is where you'll find the highest concentration of Black folks. Almost none of those Southern states not on the seaboard or the south coast can compete. There's very little crossover. Furthermore, the vast majority of people receiving gov. money are not Black, so the Black concentration in those states, even if it existed, still wouldn't account for the kind of money we're talking about.

Out of the top seventeen or so states who receive a disproportionate amount of federal aid, only around four can lay claim to having a sizable Black population. Im being generous here, given the overall population distribution regarding race. Why would you pose such a provocative question, in that manner, based on empty data? Are you trolling, or just not that bright?

wait wait wait, let's adhere to your logic for a second.

So the majority of people black live in the south right. So the majority of black people willingly supported Romney.

But didn't 93% of black vote go for Obama, just because he's black.

Blacks are severely outnumbered in the south, and it's preposterous to make an assumption that every single black person in the South is on federal aid.

Just accept the fact that the biggest complainers of social programs, tend to reap the most benefits from them. Let's not forget about all the 16 & pregnant chicks that live down there. Whom barely have a pot to piss in, yet collect all type of government aid.
