Anyone get high after a workout?

First off let me start off by saying that i aint never smoked before. not even a cig. and i'm 27 yrs old. lately i been thinking about firing something up. my cousin sells it. my issue at this point is, when should i do it? i was thinking after a workout. seems like it would relax the body and shiit.


so, anyone in here do it? how does it make you feel?

dont do it, its defeats the purpose of a good workout. for me, ill spend the while night munching which is not good @ all.... if you do it before the workout it will give you a burst of energy/strength then it will all come crashing down on you shortly after....dont do it

If i was still smoking (just quit about a month ago) it would be after my workout. Nice way to realx after, but since youve went this long i wouldnt mess with it tbh

but yea...its good times after.

My sleep is much better, and I wake up feeling refreshed when I dont smoke...so ill smoke for a few weeks, and then stop for a month or two.

I smoke after to help get those extra calories in for building muscle

Honestly, in a city like LA, where it's practically legalized, you'll piss off a lot of people by not smoking once in a while. It's almost like socially isolating yourself.


Smoking out here is equivalent to drinking a beer with some peeps. If a mofo doesn't drink once in a while, how do you know if you can trust them...

Granted said individual, doesn't have any immediate health problems...

Either way moderation is the key.

Mary jane also has a few medical benefits as well. It's helps regulate serotonin levels(ability to keep calm) and slows down apoptosis(programmed cell death)
