I been living in FL since September and only seen a car on the level of a lambo ONCEDowntown Tampa a couple days ago.

It depends where you live in Florida. I live in Palm Beach County (South Florida) near Palm Beach Island, PGA, etc...
This is the most vain place I've ever lived. It's commonplace to see Lambos, Cybertrucks, G-Wagons, Phantoms, etc... If you have a Benz, BMW, Audi, Tesla, etc.. you won't stand out unless you wrap it and trick it out.
I'm not talking passing by on a freeway either .. My apartment complex and gym has a shyt ton of luxury whips out front. The area has a large concentration of luxury deealerships (Lamborghini, Jaguar) and gated communities with security.
THese folks got their plastic surgery, luxury bags and clothes going too. Mainly white folks...so it makes me laugh when people act like black folks only buy designer clothes to "show off."
